The Story

runpdx.net is a website that allows you to find group runs in the greater Portland, Oregon area. It is a free, community-driven project that is not affiliated with any running club or organization. It is a simple way to find group runs in the greater Portland, Oregon area.

It's a little quirky, its a little weird, but so is Portland. And, I love the 80s, so there's a touch (or a lot) of 80s vibes.

Who built this site?

I did! I'm Joel Gaff, Jr., a software engineer and runner in Portland, Oregon. runpdx.net came about as I tried to figure out what group runs were available throughout the week. I couldn't find single source of truth for group runs in Portland, so I built one. I wanted a simple tool: a place to find group runs around Portland. That's it.
